Terms of Service

Welcome to OXYLicenser. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our license management platform, APIs, SDKs, and developer dashboards.

By registering an account, integrating our client SDKs, or making API calls, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.

1. License Key & Account Security

As a developer/license administrator on OXYLicenser, you assume full responsibility for protecting your credentials:

  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account password, API keys, and private/public RSA signature keys.
  • Any license verification request, product creation, or billing change authorized by your account credentials will be deemed your action.
  • You agree to notify us immediately at hello@oxycreations.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or leak of private keys.

2. Permitted Use & Protections

You may only integrate the OXYLicenser API and SDKs for legitimate license validation and software distribution.

Specifically, you agree NOT to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to dissect the license verification validation handlers on our servers.
  • Inject malicious code, submit fake/forged license keys, or attempt SQL injections through the validation endpoints.
  • Send abusive volumes of API requests (e.g., infinite loop check heartbeats without appropriate caching intervals). We recommend client-side verification caching of at least 12 hours.

3. Billing, Subscriptions & Quotas

For accounts in SaaS (Paid) Mode:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle and will renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Quotas (e.g., maximum active products and licenses) are enforced dynamically based on your subscription tier. Exceeding your quotas will block the creation of new license keys.
  • Failed billing charges will trigger a 3-day grace period, after which the account's API and client verification requests may be suspended.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & SLA

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". we do not guarantee that the license verification API will be entirely uninterrupted, bug-free, or offline-proof.

While we target a 99.9% uptime for our server nodes, we are not responsible or liable for any business interruptions, loss of sales, or unauthorized cracked usage on client sites due to local network failures, client-side cracking, or server interruptions.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, commit transaction chargeback abuse, or attempt malicious penetration testing of our servers without prior explicit written agreement.
