We only collect data that is strictly necessary for authenticating your account, processing payments, and securely validating software licenses.

  • Account Details: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password hashes, and system preferences.
  • Payment Data: Payment details are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.
  • Telemetry & Activation Logs: To validate licenses, block piracy, and troubleshoot system events, our API logs metadata about license validation requests. This includes IP addresses, request timestamps, hostname details, and non-identifiable hardware fingerprint hashes.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to operate and secure our licensing platform:

  • Providing and maintaining your licensing dashboard.
  • Verifying that license requests originate from authorized machines.
  • Preventing license key sharing, credential abuse, and unauthorized redistributions.
  • Processing financial transactions and managing subscription statuses.
  • Sending critical security notices, invoice updates, and service announcements.

3. Data Security

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational safeguards to secure your database records:

  • All data transfers between client SDKs and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
  • Passwords and sensitive authentication keys are stored using cryptographic hashes (bcrypt) and are never stored in plain text.
  • Our databases run behind restrictive network firewalls, and we run automated daily backups containing encrypted exports.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain session states and store user preferences:

  • Authentication Cookies: Standard secure cookies to keep you logged in to your management dashboard.
  • Preferences: Local storage settings to store your theme preferences (Light vs Dark mode).
